Dominos pizza, BUHAIRA, SHARJAH branch needs to improve their customer service especially when ordering for a home delivery. FEB. 29, 8-9pm, we ordered for the promotional offer and added cinnamon sticks specifically with the order. The operator named SAMAR said that she understands the order and immediately said that the order is being prepared. After a while the pizza arrived, we paid for it only to find out that the cinnamon sticks was not included, we called them again, SAMAR answered the call and promised that they will call the delivery man and send the missing order back. After 30 min we called them again and said that they can only send it back if there are or will be other orders on our area, and said some other lame excuses...this is a very poor service from such a reputed pizza parlor restaurant. Please train your staff to take orders properly and if they don not understand it, ask someone who will understand the order properly. This will help improve customer satisfaction and will increase your revenue as a restaurant. Thanks and God bless. << Less

I had called Domino's Sharjah a few minutes ago...The customer service guy knowing little English has taken 5 mins to ans my query of delivering a Pizza at Clock Tower ... Trying to keep my cool I re re repeated the location and to my dismay He said Domino's has a delivery policy...intrestingly I asked what that was and he said.."We deliver only at Buhairah Corniche" Seems a good one but even better if their policy is displayed in the website(Arabia)...Having only one outlet in Sharjah.Is Domino's operating within a closed nutshell??? or are the Customer Service People limiting their role?? << Less
