It is deep regret to inform you that performace of Air India is worst than anything in the world, every employee of Air India considers himself to be woner of the airlines, we have been travilling by Air India for long time but always find same atitude espcially Jeddah - Delhi - Jeddah route, i had applied for Frequent Flyer Card for no response received yet, whom should we contact, this airlines must be privatize to bring employees tempreture as privat employee so thay will understand their limits.
