I want to address an issue regarding this customer who complains about Moses and Dana; after taking you are looking for, why do you bother many other issues which does not concern you? Stores are not your house to make rules - otherwise you are free to have your own virgin stores and make yopur own rules. Am sick and tired of people, especialy women who always like complaining at each silly thing! If you think you are better, then why dont you go and apply for a job there? Dana and Moses, thank you for pissing of such people, you do not need their money for the store to run anyways!Dispite who you are and what you do; we are still all human and bound to any errors. Do not always pick offence at people just because they do not measure to your cheap standards of service. Be sensible when you go out there and talk sense. Do what you are there for and leave the staff of th at place alone. Do not be quick at pointing fingers at people, four of your fingers are pointing at you ( YOU ARE WRONG MADAM!!!)I support Dana and Moses, Take your things and go Mum! << Less

I never faced any issue with this brand other than kindness and extremely good customer service, they always go beyond my expectations and they make me feel special in their store and especially the Mall of Emirates store and Mercato, I wanted to write this because I think its not fair to write in such offensive way towards people who does their best to help and serve you, and to Virgin you have an amazing atmosphere in your stores and your staff are extremely polite and helpful, I would like to thank Virgin top management, keep it up and well done.
