This is the last time I'm visiting KFC.You may say that you can't judge whole company by one person but I can and I will. KFC-arabia HR must be concerned only on their staff's low pay and not their qualities. I was trying to order a meal at Mall of the Emirates branch and an extremely rude staff named Daisy was really enjoying her bad attitude towards me. While having a long que she didn't care to serve the clients fast, she was finding time to ignore their requests including mine by talking to her colleagues and laughing, joking VERY LOUD while the customers were talking to her, isnt it rude? Common it's a weekend day! Then she asked me if I want to eat in the mall I misheard it and I asked her very kindly SORRY? meaning to repeat the question she started using GESTURE "EAT" WITH HANDS IN A VERY SLOW MODE in front huge crowd and smiling same time (the same way if you talk to monkey or excuse my english to a dumb person). Then I asked her to change her attitude the said OK WITHOUT ANY APOLOGIES. Ok I thought, I will avoid any scenes because I saw that Daisy was totally enjoying herself and treating me badly I asked if she can make sure my daughter's rice non-spicy... of course she ignored and I ended up throwing the meal after all this torture. From now I'm boycotting KFC :) I GUESS MY ACT is completely minor for such a monster like KFC but I'm doing such a huge favour to myself.
Dear KFC, you serve extremely unhealthy fast food so at least try to find well-trained and polite staff so they will not scare away you clients. You are free to contact me, my email address with TEN if you have to say anything.
