My Name is Abdul Salam Noushad / Mr Saji , Hereby I regret to inform you about a very dreadful approach of KFC here in Abu Dhabi – and I am disappoint by this attitude from an international brand……and the incident goes this way.
Yesterday around evening 10 pm, I was having a gust from Dubai and for the dinner around 10.30 (12.01.2012) I made an order to KFC for a family pack meal and they confirmed me it will be delivered within 25 minute (after my location was explained) MY ORDER CAN BE CHECKED ON YOUR ONLINE NO. 600 522 252
My mobile No. 055 5677101 – Land No.02 4419509. Due to delay in delivery I called again after 45 minute try to confirm the status of my order and they confirmed me sorry within 15 minutes the delivery will be done.
And my call continued in this manner to KFC till 1 “O” Clock in mid night and till now nothing happened and my guest left without having food, my children slept without food, as if we could not manage anything outside from any restaurant or shop due to late night and up to now (2.30 pm 13.01.2012) no one called me and said a sorry for not delivering my order
As so called an international brand they should have the courtesy to say that that they can’t deliver my order due to some reason, rater they keep on saying it will be delivered within 10” minute……..it look like a real stupidity.
And I wish to have an explanation in this regard.
