A Lady (Arabic)call center agent was very rude and keept me on hold for 30 min for me to get tierd and put the phone down all because she could not hear or understand my name and when the line got disconnected I called back and tried to gent her name but she disconnected again I called back when she heard my voice she disconnected this happen 4 time on Tuesday January 2010 at 4:15 Pm.I should say I was a very good customer of Hardees but after this discrimanation I will never order again and will tell all my friend and family not to order from hardees so they dont go through what I did and dont feel the customer is worthless. Hardees earn a bad name when the employ pleople like this and should take action inorder to show the custome that is not hardees to bleam for this kind of behavior. << Less
