I am Kamran and very loyal customer of carrefour.
recently i have purchased the offer Plasma 50" TV,from your Ajman outlet.

upon purchasing they have have promised to provide the free DVD delivered along with the delivery of Plas 50" TV.
But unfortunately the Team who had come for the installation informed that you need to visit the outlet to receive the DVD. I have visited but the salesman was not available (day-off) and they have request to visit tomorrow and day after tomorrow to receive your DVD.
Which is also not correct as the services shouldnt be stopped even the person is on day-off or on annual leave.
Later the sales man called me and excuse that this is our internal mistake because the email didnt received that the offer is not available.
I told the salesman that it is not my problem i have the invoice in which the carrefour certify that i will recieve the Free DVD.
Today the world is about providing the excellent customer service but unfortunately i didnt see the approach from carrefour towards customers as proactive as the current market into it.
Yesterday i have spoken to Mr.Shabi, and he assured me to come back to me with the feedback as of now i am waiting ... and no one has called even.
Being a customer it is my right to ask for the commitment offere by carrefour.if some of the communications didnt flow how am i be responsible??
