i have called to inquire regarding a kiddie party, the receiver of the call told me the incharge is busy and to call again after some time. again i called and he told me she was gone(the incharge, then i told the receiver i called earlier and he told she was there... More >>i have called to inquire regarding a kiddie party, the receiver of the call told me the incharge is busy and to call again after some time. again i called and he told me she was gone(the incharge, then i told the receiver i called earlier and he told she was there that she was busy, so he called out the name and came back to me and told me yeah she's here but she is busy! then i asked him to whom shall i speak about the party and he told me he doesn't know????!!!! a very unethical and unbelievable response! and the worst part the incharge is a filipina!!!! a very bad and disappointing experience!!!! someway of treating customers!!!!! << Less |
