Hope my message finds you well.
The case started with Alhamrani United Co. , Riyadh branch , ALahsa Rood. where i made an order for a spare part to be brought from ALahsa area back to Riyadh. Hassan the employee ( mobile 0531911337) made the arrangements and i have paid SR 250 as down payment . this was in 01/06/2017 receipt No.3814 (order No.33095).
Until now still waiting the refund payment for the spare part because after 4 months i lost hope and bought the spare part from Another dealer and i informed Hassan that this is not acceptable and that i will buy from Another dealer which i did from another dealer he helped me to find . I have asked for the refund with no luck at all. i have visited your branch 11 times with no luck and with promises that never met.
I have asked him for Another part which is the plastic engine oil cover under the engine below the car ( the rubber cover) and offered to pay the different once ready . Even this was not brought and I visited him many times to ask about this part with promises to bring it the next week with no luck.
Then i visited Mr. Mohammad Elbayomi. Mohammad the accountant Manager in Riyadh branch ( mobile 0542475151) . I told him about the case and that i need my money back. I showed him the receipt . He took copy . When i asked him about the refund , he said he needs to go back to the employee. He promised to come back in one week. now three weeks with no luck Although i visited him beginning of last week and he promised to come back last Wednesday with no answer.
I really regret that the international name Nissan was involved in such a case with un professional employees that does not represent Nissan reputation .
I have spent many days waiting . I have spent petrol , effort , time and even many calls with no luck . I had now to come to you hoping to resolve the issue . I expect the following from a reputable company like Nissan :
• Please do not harm the employee Hassan as he is not responsible . He is very kind person. The system and the top management who made this system is to be blamed.
• I need to have back the refund amount of SR 250.
• As a compensation for all the bad time I had with you, i was about to ask for replacement car of mine Infinity FX 35 2008, as this is the most beautiful , strong a mazing car I have ever had. As this might not be reasonable for you . I will replace it with the engine cover .
